RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
If you are not available to receive your shipment, UPS , may or may not (driver discretion) leave your package at your address. When this occurs, a note and phone # will be left on your door informing of attempted delivery. The note will instruct you to contact UPS for redelivery. Up to three attempts & written notifications to deliver your parcel will be made before the package is sent back to our warehouse. Please take note of these communications from UPS so you can avoid paying another ship charge & delay to re-ship your parcel, if it is returned to our facility.
Immediately inspect all packages and count all parts, comparing to the pack list or sales receipt. Your orders are checked twice before leaving our facility. You have 5 days from receipt to notify us of any discrepancies.

FastPipe/Airnet 20 foot pipes ship truck freight. Don’t be discouraged by this, our rates are very reasonable.
FastPipe/Airnet 8' 6" pipes can ship UPS along with any of the FastPipe/Airnet fittings.
