IN WALL 3/4”-1” MAXLINE

  • In Wall, for this scenario a Maxline compression elbow takes up a lot of space
  • Use a black pipe nipple and black pipe threaded elbow behind the outlet

1/2” MAXLINE

  • In Wall, if there is room in the wall, you can bend the tubing behind the outlet
  • If the wall space is limited, an elbow is needed

Use these bare outlet bodies for connecting to other threaded pipe systems like copper or black pipe

Maxline TUBING

  • Maxline tubing can be formed into a sweeping curve much like electrical conduit, in some installations eliminating the need for an elbow fitting in the corners
  • Outside corners typically need an elbow fitting
  • When formed into a corner sweep, the Maxline tubing will hold it shape

In Floor/Burial

  • Maxline can be buried under concrete, underground
  • Sleeve any Maxline coming thru the concrete
  • If fittings need to be buried, use heat shrink tubing or wrap to keep the elements off of them, use caution not to overheat
  • Best to come in the top of a wall outlet to drain moisture

Wall Mounting Clips

  • Use the Maxline clips with a screw for wall mounting
  • 1/2″ Tubing: space pipe clips every 3 ft
  • 3/4” Tubing: space pipe clips every 4 to 5 ft
  • 1” Tubing: space pipe clips every 4 to 5 ft

Compressor Hookup

  • Use a jumper hose to a Filter/Regulator unit
  • The air from the air compressor must enter the port labeled IN on the filter/regulator

Assembling Pipe Thread

  • Assemble all NPT threads with two wraps of Thread tape and then
  • PIPE SEALANT which prevents thread galling
